WINC Communications has established a Team based customer support system to ensure that customer questions and concerns are handled quickly and competently by a knowledgeable, qualified, wireless technology team member.

Each WINC Communications business account has access to the following support:

  1. Each WINC Communications business account is assigned an Account Representative who is responsible for the day to day handling of your account operations. These would include such things as billing questions, service upgrades etc. Your Account Representative can be reached by phone at 716-881-6132 or by using email.
  2. To better serve you a support engineer will be assigned to further help you. Your support engineer will be responsible for the technical aspects of your account including such things as trouble shooting, assessing bandwidth requirements and current or future equipment needs.
  3. All WINC Communications business accounts are also furnished with access to our password-protected customer support web site. (coming soon) Here you will be able to get additional information on support, new services, account status and more.
  4. Emergency contact numbers are also supplied in the event that you may encounter a technical issue during off peak times. These numbers give you emergency technical support assistance 24 hours a day 365 days a year. (716) 332-1100
  5. Every WINC Communications Business account customer can use our online technical support form or may reach any one of our technical support team members by using our support email account.
